We deliver a range of programmes focusing on development in many areas. From job seekers to entrepreneurs and everyone in between, we aim to support anyone we can.
We have two WERC Programmes.
WERC18-24 - The objective of this course is to build skills to set an individual on the right path to finding the right job for them. We do this by looking at four essential areas - Wellbeing, Employability, Resilience and Confidence. Guest speakers join us and talk us through their journey into employment and how to keep a healthy mindset throughout the process. There is also an opportunity to gain an online qualification. This course runs for four consecutive days from Clockwise in the Albert Dock, Liverpool City Centre. If you are interested in enrolling, please get in touch with your job coach.
WERC25+ - Aimed at those who are underemployed or unemployed, this course focusses more on self. With Wellbeing, changing the landscape of Employment, Resilience and Community as our key points - participants have the opportunity to showcase their skills either online or through creating a community event. This programmes runs twice a year, 1 day a week for 8 weeks from our centre in Speke. Please get in touch for more details or to self refer.
The DRIVE Programme has been devised for entrepreneurs and business owners to help them adapt and bounce back from the impact COVID has had on their businesses.
The 2020 lockdown has caused many small businesses distress while others have had the time and opportunity to start up something new - we acknowledge that both ends of this entrepreneurial spectrum may need some kind of support moving forward.
Throughout this 5 day course, we cover Diversity, Resilience, Insight, Vigour and Enterprise, as well as looking at your finances and resources if necessary.
Delivered by Lin from our centre in Speke, this course will run for 5 consecutive days. Please speak to your job coach to enrol or get in touch.
